I have to say that I am guilty of taking for granted the robins in my garden, but I do enjoy watching them and occasionally chasing the murderous crows away from poor Robins' nests. Wonderful photograph Shelley.

So that's what a robin looks like! I've only ever seen drawings of a robin.
I sure love seeing them back in the U.P.! And I hear them singing every morning by our lake.
Don't you just love them?? Their dawn and dusk songs warm my heart :)
When I was little I often tried to sneak up on them, they'd lean forward and run, then stop. Lean forward, run, then stop. They always saw me no matter how much I tried to sneak, lol.
