"Who is that handsome guy looking at me? And why do I hear that Carly Simon song in the background?"
What a beautiful picture/reflection Shelley. I think chipmunks are so cute.
Hi Shelley! Sorry to hear about the Dove family. Hope it works out this time. I was late on seeing these posts! I would have had you say hi to Leedra and Betsy for me, oh I bet you had fun!
Great shot. I love the title. What a cute little guy/gal.
I love his little reflection and the little pond he's drinking from--perfect caption! ...I missed you by one day! I visited Betsy today on our way back from our vacation, and she told me she visited with you and Leedra yesterday! Small world...
so cute, and the water looks so refreshing.lolPatsy
....and you probably think this song is about you.....*singing and dancing on way to bed*Great shot of the chipmunk, Shelley! :D
Stinkin' little Chipmunks. Why are they and the Squirrels so darn photogenic, yet such pests. We had company today --and one of our pesky chipmunks ran right over the lady's foot... GADS!!!!!Get some rest, Friend!!!Love you,Bets
Amazing shot with the reflection!
Two handsome guys. Bob struttin' his hunky self and a very cute Chip n' Dale! Know you are home safe and sound with some great and funny memories. Looking forward to more pictures and your posts.
I love Carly Simon!
I know they can be such pests, but they are so darn cute!
They need to drink too! We figure we have a racoon who is coming in the night to wash his "hands" in our ground bird bath. The bath is NOT sandy when we turn off the pump at night, but by morning, it is. I suppose it could be a skunk, but I prefer to think racoon!
What an awesome moment and captured beautifully, Well done.
Hahahah! Great photo, great caption. But now I have that song running through my head!!
I love Carly and I love this shot...How do you do it, Girlfriend? My hubby is camping in NM and saw a Mountain Bluebird...he was pretty excited!
Pleasant picture. Glad he has a place to drink. So many don't.
Ahhhhh....how cute he is! That is a great photo!
What a cute picture! You caught him just right!
I know these little cuties are pests sometimes but I love them just the same. What a nice reflection of his handsome self!!

Just as cute as it can be...and always witty, Shelly!
Great capture! Undeniable cuteness!
Hi Shelley, love your Chipmunk ImageA great capture,Outstanding Shot.Just like your Blog outstanding.Well done.John.
Oh, so cute! I have to agree with Betsy, though. We've got chipmunks galore, and they're all digging tunnels in my flowerbeds and burying the birdseed, too. I've got little clumps of sunflowers coming up all over. (Time to switch to the hulled kind.)
Wonderful photo...it is like he is looking into a mirror isn't it?They are so pesty though..eating up all my bird seed!
What an excellent capture..perfect timing on this one, Shelley! How long did you have to wait for this..because one second later and he would have created a ripple in the water and no reflection!! Good job!
Neat photo. So clear. You do a great job with your photography.
Cute!!! At least they stay on the ground and eat the left overs. Mine does anyway. Ooops, I shouldn't say any thing.
he has a right to think he is cute. Such a cutie! Great reflection.
Shelly: What a neat capture of the chipmunk.
Hi Shelly,What a great photo of the chipmunk! I never see them in Florida, but when I saw some in my uncle's back yard in PA, they spooked very easily and would not let me approach very closely. Looks like you have a regular visitor here who is very photogenic.
Once again, an amazing photo of Mr. Diva! Gorgeous coloring and clarity! Wow! I love it!!!
Such a sweet looking creature. Are they really pesky? What do they do that is pesky? Just wondering.
Great picture, Shelley! I wonder what he IS thinking!Tammy
Thank you everyone for your nice comments!!Jenny- I don't find them pesky - but they will get in the bird feeder and dig a ton of holes. I feed a couple by hand - I love them!
That chipmunk probably even thinks the song is about him! I'm barely old enough to get the reference, but I enjoyed it a lot. :-) What an awesome chipmunk picture you were able to get!P.S. Keep Marvin away from that little guy...he's cute!
