Hi Shelley! Sorry to hear about the Dove family. Hope it works out this time. I was late on seeing these posts! I would have had you say hi to Leedra and Betsy for me, oh I bet you had fun!
I love his little reflection and the little pond he's drinking from--perfect caption! ...I missed you by one day! I visited Betsy today on our way back from our vacation, and she told me she visited with you and Leedra yesterday! Small world...
Two handsome guys. Bob struttin' his hunky self and a very cute Chip n' Dale! Know you are home safe and sound with some great and funny memories. Looking forward to more pictures and your posts.
They need to drink too! We figure we have a racoon who is coming in the night to wash his "hands" in our ground bird bath. The bath is NOT sandy when we turn off the pump at night, but by morning, it is. I suppose it could be a skunk, but I prefer to think racoon!
Oh, so cute! I have to agree with Betsy, though. We've got chipmunks galore, and they're all digging tunnels in my flowerbeds and burying the birdseed, too. I've got little clumps of sunflowers coming up all over. (Time to switch to the hulled kind.)
What an excellent capture..perfect timing on this one, Shelley! How long did you have to wait for this..because one second later and he would have created a ripple in the water and no reflection!! Good job!
Hi Shelly, What a great photo of the chipmunk! I never see them in Florida, but when I saw some in my uncle's back yard in PA, they spooked very easily and would not let me approach very closely. Looks like you have a regular visitor here who is very photogenic.
That chipmunk probably even thinks the song is about him! I'm barely old enough to get the reference, but I enjoyed it a lot. :-) What an awesome chipmunk picture you were able to get!
P.S. Keep Marvin away from that little guy...he's cute!

Once again, an amazing photo of Mr. Diva! Gorgeous coloring and clarity! Wow! I love it!!!
Such a sweet looking creature. Are they really pesky? What do they do that is pesky? Just wondering.
Great picture, Shelley! I wonder what he IS thinking!
Tammy
Thank you everyone for your nice comments!!
Jenny- I don't find them pesky - but they will get in the bird feeder and dig a ton of holes. I feed a couple by hand - I love them!
