Hi Shelley, What a cute picture! I have never seen a baby Robin, I don't believe. It's amazing how big they are and yet still expect the parents to take care of them...sort of like some children.
Great photos! I know there has to be a nest in the trees somewhere around my yard, but haven't been able to see it. I hope I'll see a few babies bouncing around the yard along with mom and pop.
haha! You need to go on a little Funny Bird Lady circuit or something. I usually end up laughing when I'm reading your posts. That baby is as cute as a button.....love his speckled breast.
I love these photos Shelly!! Ha! I have never seen a baby Robin. I have so many Starlings that no other birds want to come near. They are so noisy. The babies chase the parents all over the place. I don't know how they keep up with so many mouths open, begging for food..
Baby robins are a favorite of mine. I love how they chase the mom and beg for food. Such a cute little fella with his speckles all over his chest!!The color was excellent!
Shelley, What a cutie pie!! Why is it that baby always looks like baby hugie..so much bigger than Mom!! lol..from his size he looks like Mom needs to push him out!!
We have lots of young birds fledging now. Some are popping out of the nest a little too young to fly and the parents are creating quite a fuss while feeding them on the ground.

Such wonderful images Shelley! He's so very cute.
Shelly: Nice capture, I saw this yesterday also but mine must have been a little older and didn't stay that close.

What beautiful color. I have seen baby robins but never with the orange starting to cover their breasts. Really neat pictures!
Hi Shelley - Wonderful pictures as always - those loons - I look at the photos and almost hear them.
I've only seen a momma Robin once feed it's young. Great pictures.
Oh, the lessons we can learn from birds! Great photographs!
Lovely shot Shelley.
It's great seeing all the youngsters around at the moment.

Oh, the colour saturation in these photos is amazing. Gorgeous pics, as per usual. I LOVE LOVE LOVE baby robins.
How cute with all those speckles :-) I just love baby birds of any sort.
Kids always get their way if they yell loud enough!
Shelley that bouncing baby speckled Robin you captured is the Robin version of the "Mad Bluebird". Great shot, cute commentary!

Those babies know just how to chirp and flutter to get their way!
Baby Robins are the cutest. I think they have voracious appetites! Cute photos.
He looks like he's been fed well! So far, we've only seen baby pine siskins.
I love the colors in these shots. My mom has been telling me all about her "Baby Huey" robin who is still harrassing his mom. Too funny!
HA! For some reason, this post made me think of my sons always asking,"What's for dinner, Mom?" and "When's dinner, Mom?" :D
WOW! I've never seen a fledged American Robin. They are sooooo pretty! GReat photos Shelley, made my day! (-:
