Games I like to play

I'm headed to the cabin this morning and will be back on Monday. I am excited to check out the Loon's nesting raft to see if they have settled in.

On another note, Bob the Mourning Dove should be a father any day now! His wife is still nesting in our roof gutter and coos at me everytime I walk by.

Happy Mother's Day to all you moms out there and I will catch up with you on Monday!

Enjoy your peaceful surroundings, Shelley. Your photo made me smile today. We've had to purchase only hot pepper suet this year to keep the squirrels away from it.

Shelley, is that a squirrel? If so, is it a particular type or just aberant black. I'm curious.

Are you then a Mourning Dove grandma? Maybe your grandbirds will give you singing, cooing, telegrams! Have a great time at the cabin with your loons. Does a person's favorite bird tell something about them?

Beautiful shot of this black squirrel.
Have a nice trip to your cabin and hope you will see the loon and get some nice pictures Shelley. Enjoy your moment!

Ahh, the black squirrel - you remind me of another reason I enjoy northern Michigan with this little fella. We don't have them in Ohio!

Hope you had a great weekend at the cabin!

Whoa! What is that crawling up your tree?! I've never seen a black squirrel before...I thought all of them were gray or brownish-red. Pretty cool, Shelley.

It'll be fun to see what you post from your time up at the cabin! :-)
