St. Francis is very popular with my bird friends.
Mr. Mourning Dove could stand to be a little more respectful...
I love how all these little sparrows fit in St. Francis's bowl.
Mr. Chipmunk looks like he enjoyed some of St. Francis's bounty as well!!

In the first picture, the morning dove looks like he is part of the statue.
My daughter was looking over my shoulder and asked "Who took those pictures?" I said "Shelley from Mich." she said "Oh, she's good, I like the chipmunk picture."
You know how she is into photography.
Oh, I love the second photo. Precious.
I really like the photos, and I especially like the captions that you place with your terrific photos.
Well done.
Thanks for the visit,
Troy and Martha
The bird of peace. The gentle man of peace. Great shots. By the way I think I have the same exact statue in my shady garden.
These are lovely. I did a similar thing with my bluebirds a couple of years ago - just seems right, doesn't it?
I have that St. Francis too! I never thought to put seed in the bowl though...
Love the sparrows lined up around the rim!
Uh - like that ST. Francis! And your pics! Cheers, Klaus
