Great capture.. I think these little guys are probably one of my favorite little birds.. thanks for sharing and stay warm.. the wind can be very tiring...
Looks like he's trying to shelter his face away from the wind. Roll on spring! Shelley I looked in on your Log Cabin blog to see the Loon videos. Fabulous! (-:
I love when they puff up to stay warm. Your photography is wonderful. May I ask what camera you use. I am looking into a new one and would love any info you could provide. Thanks Sharon
Thank you everyone for stopping by! It might be a few days before I'm back as my computer CRASHED! I am devastated to say the least and hope I can recover some of my photos. Hopefully I can get some computer time on my hubby's lap top. Wish me luck and I'll be back!
Sharon & Early Birder - sorry for the delay in answering your question about the camera equipment. (Been crying over my computer crash - LOL!) I use a Canon Rebel XTI and I love it.

Poor Little guy! He's about to blow away! Yipes!!!
It's gonna be warmer today here in TN. In fact, it's already 33 degrees--first time above freezing in about 4 days or more... Yeah!
Hugs,
Betsy
Shelly: It does look cold and even the birds are feeling it.
The poor little thing looks so cold! Great photo. I love how you can see his feet curled up around the branch!
Hope he's staying warm!
Trying to hang on!
