Ha! You're lucky, my Blue Jays never share!

I'm having trouble posting this morn. This slow dial up drives me nuts sometimes. LOL

What a super jay pic, Shell and awesome feeder!!!

The birds are happy at our fly through feeders, arent't they! That reminds me of a time when our dogs buried their grilled cheese sandwiches, an insult to my cooking, and then a bear came right along and dug them up.

I just had to share a blog with you that I just looked at. On my sidebar it is Zaroga's nook. She has some amazing bald eagle photos you would love this a.m.

I'll share, but I won't like it. Nice picture. The minute the camera was down those two were at it again.

Good one! Only another jay might get to share feeder turf with a jay!

Love the Blue Jays - Wish we had anything so colourful in the garden to cheer up these grey days.

I think he' saying, "This feeder isn't big enough for the two of us." And is about to do something about it.

Great picture.

Love the jays..they actually got bullied away by the starlings. I keep going to the door and banging pot lids together to scare them away..There is a tag about the Five Things in Nature You Love that you might want to do..it was fun...

"And sometimes I don't"---says one blue jay to the other!!!!!! (I think it's mostly --sometimes I don't!! ha)

How are you feeling these days, Shelley? Hope the old flu bug is staying away.
Hugs,
Betsy

Wendy - it only lasts a second - lol!

Nature - I love being up at our cabin but I miss the highspeed internet at our home downstate! I am still laughing about those grilled cheese sandwiches - LOL!

Mildred - thanks so much! And thanks for the link - I will go check it out!!

Jayne - thank you!

Eve - Sometimes they play nice - ha,ha!

NC - once again - you are right! :)

Deborah - yes - they kicked off my poor little chickadee earlier!

Early Birder - they do have the pretty blue colors - I think they know they're handsome which is why they act so ostenacious!

Fiona - yes - the peace doesn't last for long!

Rambling Woods - lol at you banging pots! I'll have to try that one! Usually I'm banging the window!

Betsy - ha,ha! I am feeling better - thank you! I'm in a cooking mood. (Whereas food 3 weeks ago did not appeal to me whatsoever!)

Dorothy - that feeder was a gift from a dear friend. What's funny is I have 5 other feeders at the cabin - this one is their favorite.

Fishing guy - thank you, thank you!

Do you have a special place set up for photographing ? Inside or outside ? You have probably posted about your camera, etc., but what camera and lens, etc., do you use to get such beautiful and clear pictures ?

The jays are so beautiful and yes, I wish they were a tiny bit nicer then they would be the perfect bird to have at the feeder... BTW, we have at least one jay that hangs around here in the warmer months and make a scream like a hawk!He fooled me for quite a while. We also have had a crow visit every so often that sounds like a ringing cell phone!

Shelley,
You did a wonderful job with that photo...love the warm wood colors you captured which really compliments the jays' blues..lucky you that they are being nice to each other..mine are greedy..most of the time!

Very nice photo Shelley! The Blue Jays that visit our yard can be bullies sometimes. 2 weeks ago, a Northern Harrier grabbed one right out of our spruce tree, but somehow it got away.

Love the Bluejays! :)

My bluejays aren't very good at sharing either--there's usually only a couple that tolerate each other at the same time on the feeder and I figure they're either a mated pair or siblings.
