The Thoreau quote on your header is one of my favorites! The acceptance by a natural creature greater than any man-given honor.We saw loons on our trip west a few weeks ago, to northern Washington. I miss them so.It reminded me that I can see them much more easily by driving due north.Eagles, too!A nice reminder.

Shelly: Wonderful shot of the Eagle, I would like to get that close to one. My friend at the lake saw one on the shore last week. That's what I want when I have my camera.
