It has been close to 70 degrees the past few days up at our log cabin in northern Michigan. The bird activity has been wonderful. I think one of the nuthatches is considering eating out of my hand - he keeps buzzing around my hand but hasn't landed...yet!
Here were a few friendly visitors....

copleglyShell -
Can you please stop by and retreive some of "your" Morning Doves (and if you grab a few Blue Jays, that's ok too!). I've had up to 30 doves and nearly 20 jays at a time filling up at the feeders. Maybe they're trying to tell me something! :o

Lovely photo's. Those are my same winter visitor's. Without them, I would'nt see anything with a heart beat for days!
It has been unseasonbly warm here as well. Great photographs of your friendly visitors.
Those are some of the "good" visitors! I love titmouses/titmice? I will send you luck for the nuthatch--That would really be cool! Hope hubby can man the camera for that photo op!
T&S - I hope so!
Fishing guy - I certainly do feel blessed - especially w/ those cheery chickadees!
Ruthie J - thank you!! I think so!
KJ - the titmouse is moving too fast for me to capture a decent photo - hopefully soon!
wendy- thanks sis - LOL!
Dave - keep em for another month! I'm trying to get my red bellys and chickadees some meal time! ha,ha
Denise - I think winter brings some of the best bird visitors!
Nc - thank you!
Hannibal - I have to get hubby better w/ camera timing - he's always wandering off as I experience these glorious moments - LOL!
So sweet! Don't give up Shelley!
I see you got the Titmouse with his army hat showing. :) They always tuck it away (not sure where) when I photograph them. My husband's favorite bird. I say that about his army hat because he calls them his soldiers. Once an army man, always an army man.
Crystal clear shots!! I love the little nuthatch, I can never get a shot of one them from that angle and I've tried. :)
Even here in TN, the Tufted Titmice, the Nuthatches and the Chickadees all 'pal around' together. When you see one, you see all three varieties!!! Great pictures! Good Luck getting them to eat out of your hand.
We've been enjoying the beautiful weather and esculated activity here in lower Michigan and I love your shots.
I love them all!
You've got 3 of my favorite birds in this post.
